These group training sessions are open study lab style. Once you have a workout routine, this is helpful for encouragement, motivation, and keeping a workout schedule. You may come and go as you please throughout the session and everyone does their own training at their own pace. Your RooT Fx Instructor oversees and makes corrections and progressions to keep you moving forward on your pathway to mobility and strength.
