Once you have a RooT Fx training routine, you can join our weekly group training classes. These sessions are open-study lab-style.

Poor posture habits and negative patterns develop slowly, over a lifetime. Previous injuries adversely affect our movement and flexibility. Many are so used to being tense that it just seems normal.

When we feel sore joints in the morning, a lack of energy for daily life, or the lukewarmness in attending to the yard or garden work that we once enjoyed – our bodies are giving us feedback. Maybe we over-stretch a muscle when reaching for the top cabinet or changing a light bulb. It’s time we listen.

RooT FX functional training does more than chase symptoms. Our unique program is designed to find and treat the source of pain, increase range of motion, improve athletic endurance, and provide long-term structural changes to the body.

We should all be able to get through the day feeling like we’re unstoppable. The effort you put in to improve your body can be as life-changing as it was for me. I found these techniques when I myself was injured.

Together, we’ll create for you an active lifestyle that incorporates your training and builds muscle and flexibility. These are the same tools I personally use to free my body from discomfort and weakness.
